About the Firm

Koltun and King, P.C. was founded by Lawrence Koltun in 1991 and serves clients throughout the U.S.

We pride ourselves on the level of service we provide our clients. One of the most frequent complaints we hear from clients looking for new counsel is that they cannot get their phone calls returned or that they have multiple layers of both associate and partner level attorneys working on their matters, resulting in a slow turn around time and large legal bills. In an internet world, many of our clients need service on internet time. We strive to solve these problems for our clients by providing responsive, senior level service and quick turn around time on projects and documents.

We have a diverse portfolio of clients, including software developers, systems integrators, distribution companies, telecommunications services providers, government contractors, health care providers, providers of health care support services, inventory and security providers, consulting services, managers and brokers of life settlement transactions, and mining companies.
