Representative Public Offering Transactions

• Listing on the American Stock Exchange (and multiple secondary registrations) of common stock of Crystallex International Corporation, a gold mining company based in Canada
• Public offering within the State of Kansas of approximately $12 million for Preferred Health Systems, Inc. to acquire an HMO and provide working capital. Secondary public offering in Kansas for another $10 million to provide working capital for newly formed insurance subsidiary.
• Initial public offering of $3.6 million of BioSpecifics Technologies Corp., a New York and Curacao (Netherlands Antilles) based pharmaceutical manufacturing company.
• Public offering in the State of Kansas of approximately $600,000 for Central Kansas Physician Hospital Organization, Inc., a medical organization.
